Video evidence of the problems caused by the traffic lights on Bargate roundabout
Shows hazards caused by congestion with having TWO sets of traffic lights on the actual roundabout, as well as showing cars having to sit and wait and wait and wait, when they could have moved off the roundabout if the lights weren't there.
